Need Help Paying for College or Grad School?
Grace UMC and the United Methodist Church both offer scholarship opportunities for students who are members. Check out the following options for scholarship opportunities that apply to you:
Grace UMC Endowment Scholarships
These scholarships are open to members of Grace UMC who are college- or graduate school-bound. Applications are due by Friday, April 17, 2026.
SC Advocate Scholarships
These scholarships are open to students attending one of the four United Methodist colleges in SC: Claflin University, Columbia College, Spartanburg Methodist College, or Wofford College. Students ideally will have an interest in communications, journalism, or business. Applications are due by Sunday, March 1, 2026.
General Board of Higher Education and Ministry Scholarships
GBHEM Scholarships offers financial aid to United Methodist students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees. Applications are due by Friday, March 20, 2026.
