Check-In

Welcome from Pastor Cathy

Visiting a new church for the first time can be an uncomfortable experience. Our Grace family wants your experience with us to be different!

Check out this welcome video from our Senior Pastor, Cathy Jamieson. It is an easy first step in planning your visit with us!

I have never been to Grace. How will I find my way around?

Once you arrive on our campus, it would be our pleasure to hook you up with a member or staff person who can show you around.

Text @gracevisit to 81010. Someone is available to answer any question you may have.

Look for the blue tent signs that direct you to worship in the sanctuary (Traditional) or the Wesley Center (LifeSong Contemporary).

Path to Grace is our new member class at Grace United Methodist Church. - STARTING APRIL 17!

The class is 4 sessions long with the first and third session being on Sunday mornings during Sunday School at 10:00 AM after our LifeSong service and before our Traditional Service. The second and last session will be held on Wednesday evening with dinner being provided.

These classes are free and a great way to not only learn about Grace UMC, but also to meet and connect with others who are new to Grace.

We ask that you take the class before you join the church, but if you can’t because of scheduling issues, we invite and encourage you to take the next class offered after you join.

You do not have to join the church after you take the class. In fact, we encourage you after the class to set up a meeting with Senior Pastor Cathy or Associate Pastor Ashley within a couple of weeks after the class to discuss joining or not joining.

I want to attend a worship service. What can I expect?

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.  John 4:24

  • 8:30am Traditional (Sanctuary)

This service is a short, simple, yet meaningful traditional service with scripture, sermon, hymns, and communion on first Sunday.  If you're an early riser who prefers to be in a smaller gathering, this service is for you!

  • 8:45am LifeSong Contemporary (Wesley Center)

LifeSong is a lively atmosphere, with coffee and light breakfast, and a talented band who lead the music.  The service includes scripture, sermon, children's message, and communion every Sunday.  If you like to wear blue jeans and listen to drums, this service is for you!

  • 11:00am Traditional (Sanctuary)

This service is a formal, yet friendly service.  It includes a procession, a choir, organ and piano, scripture, sermon, children's time, hymns and communion on first Sunday.  If you like "high church," this service is for you!
