In Hebrews 10:24 we read, “In response to all Jesus has done for us, let us outdo each other in being helpful and kind to each other and in doing good.” Each of us are holding a light. We are to let it shine! One way to keep the candle burning is to become involved in fellowship with your Grace family. Our Family Ministry programs offer opportunities to strengthen our family and fellowship bonds with each other.

Family Church Retreat

Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, Georgia-Just a 90 minute drive down 1-20 This retreat is designed to help participants get away from life’s everyday distractions and open new windows of opportunity to receive God’s grace in their lives. This retreat is for family units of one or more. Families stay in personal cabins. Enjoy beautiful lakes, hiking and bike trails, canoes and paddle boating, archery, putt-putt, a rock-climbing wall, zip line, gym for basketball, rocking chairs and more!  Watch the newsletter for more information.

The library is named for its long time head librarian and Grace’s former church historian, Betty Timmerman.  Efforts have been ongoing to spruce up the library aesthetically and to update the library’s collection of books.  Our budget is very small and donations are appreciated.  Relatively new books for all ages, DVD’s, and current magazines, as well as monetary donations, are gratefully accepted. Our library is located on the second floor of the Asbury Building in rooms 203A (children and youth) and the Conference room, 203B (adults).  Self-checkout procedures are posted in both rooms.  Books may be checked out for 2 weeks and can be renewed.  There are no overdue fines.  The library is open any time the church is open.  We are happy for the materials to be checked out and enjoyed! The library is looking for a new head librarian.  This is a volunteer position.  The librarian is free to set up his/her own work schedule.  If you are interested, contact Beverly Blevins at
